This is a Pre-insolvency product offered to Directors of companies or operators of businesses, be it a sole trader, a partnership or others who want to continue trading. They have found themselves in what appears to be a hopeless situations and cannot get out. The most common issue they face is the burden of debts, and the company or business is unable to service these debts. The Directors or business owners are in a position where they are completely unsure of their choices.
Your Business Angels assists the Directors or business owners through these predicaments by supporting them to trade forward while dealing with the burden of the past. This product utilises the great YBA team to ensure that everything is completed in a transparent and commercially manner.
Once the Director or business owner has decided to move forward, YBA works with the Director or business owner to complete a strategy. Your Business Angel’s role in this process is to support the Director and deal with specialist practitioners such as valuers, lawyers and liquidators on behalf of our client.
