Business “Immediate” Exit
This is a Pre-insolvency product offered to Directors of companies or operators of businesses, be it sole traderships, partnerships or others, who want to be employed by someone else or who have found themselves in irretrievable situations and cannot get out. The most common issue they face is the burden of debts, where the company is unable to service these debts.
This product requires a great deal of work from the YBA team, making sure everything is completed in a transparent and commercial manner. This will involve making sure all business assets and employees are taken care of in a transparent and commercial manner. Your Business Angel’s role through this process is to support the Director and deal with specialist practitioners such as valuers, lawyers and liquidators on behalf of our client.
