There a few of us left that really believe that this great country will only survive with a strong and vibrant small and medium sized business sector. I’m one of them… 15 years ago I wondered why the owners of small and medium businesses would risk their homes and future livelihoods running a business, while the top end of town can crash companies and still keep their waterfront mansions.
I set out to find and develop products that would give Australian small and medium business owners the same second chance that the corporate world experiences. Your Bus ness Angels has developed to become a strong support for business no matter what they need. I have surrounded this business with hard working intelligent people and have developed strong alliances. We refer to ourselves as “The Small Business Defence Counsel”. We are on your side!
Anne Park - General Manager
It is my joy to ensure we regard our clients as our top priority, not merely numbers in a queue waiting to be served. I believe efficiency and effectiveness in our business is the key to assisting our clients.
With my strong accounting and financial background, as well as my experience in these fields, I recognise the importance of the full comprehension of my client’s situations so I can offer the best possible way for my clients to deal with their current business challenges. At Your Business Angels we have no fixed procedure. You are my client, and I will use our company’s tools and resources to build for you a customized service that will solve your problems and help your business grow strong again.
I am the Operations Manager, and when you become our client, no matter where you are located, I will look after your affairs. I will be your liaison who will arrange everything necessary to satisfy your needs and get your life/business moving forward. I love to address our clients concerns and help them to get their lives back on track without looking back.
I also really enjoy working out new tricks that assist our clients and helps them to grow. Our business is unique as we provide solutions to problems that nobody else thought about. We think outside the box, which means our clients always benefit!
They call me Angel 1 because I’m the first person that people speak to when they call, or I’m the first person to receive web inquirys. I make sure they go straight through to the team to attend to these immediately. I get to know lots of clients as well, from their phone calls and visits. Its great to see the relationships that our teams can build with our clients.
I also manage a lot of the technical side of our marketing, where I help with the goal of the company to forever be improving our communication in this very competitive world.
As the Sales Coordinator I am going to be the first person you talk to about your current issues.
No two calls are the same and each client is different, but we all want the same thing: Fantastic Successful business.
I help the client by discussing over the phone what is happening in their business, which helps me form a background so I have a plan of attack the moment you walk through our doors. I take the time to listen, many people are upset or mad but seem to feel a sense of relief after talking to someone about it, and trust me this first step is the hardest.
I myself am a business owner and a Mum, and I can really feel and understand a lot of the pain and anger that my clients are going through. In most cases, we want what is best for our family.
My passion to help my clients drives me every day, and my reward is to watch the client walk out with a new bounce in there step and ready to go and drive their business like they never have before.
